Validator for the submission of fulfillment groups. "Submission" refers to when this fulfillment group is sent to the service for the purpose of being used on a cart.

HINT_PRICING_NOT_REQUIRED

A hint that indicates that the prices are not yet expected to be set on the fulfillment group. Prices will still be validated to be non-negative if present.
