      Converts this action type to Broadleaf's DefaultTransactionTypes.

      Note that CARD_VERIFICATION, PAYOUT, and RETURN cannot be converted.

      Returns:
      the TransactionType mapped from the action type
      Throws:
      UnsupportedOperationException - if the action type cannot be converted
